• Active student records: Maintained throughout your enrollment and for three years after completion to support alumni services and credential verification.
• Financial records: Kept for seven years as required by Taiwan tax and accounting regulations.
• Marketing communications: Maintained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Website analytics: Aggregated data retained indefinitely; individual user data deleted after 26 months.

After retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize your information. Some data may persist in backup systems for up to 90 additional days before permanent deletion.
